What happened to FSAPubs.gov?

In late September 2017, we transitioned to a new ordering system (that is maintained by the U.S. Government Publishing Office). The design of the web pages has been changed and the ordering process is a bit different, but you still have access to the same free publications.

Here are a few changes to the ordering system that you should be aware of:

  • You will no longer need to log in to order publications. When we transitioned to the new ordering system, we were not able to transfer over current customer accounts. We plan to provide the ability to create accounts in a future update. Until then, you will order publications by visiting our ordering site, selecting the publications and number of copies you would like to order, and providing your contact and shipping information. You will follow this process each time you place an order. After you place an order, we will provide you with tracking information and will notify you when your order is shipped.
  • You won't be able to see your past account or order information. Because we were unable to transfer customer accounts, we do not have your past shipping and contact information or your past order history. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we will be working to provide this functionality in the future.
  • You should place your orders online. In the past, customers were able to place orders on the phone or via email, in addition to online. With the new ordering system, we are asking customers to place all of their orders online. This gives us the ability to ensure your order and shipping information is entered correctly, and we can provide you with order tracking. The customer contact center will no longer place orders on behalf of a customer unless you are experiencing issues with the ordering system or do not have online access. If you have a question or issue with an order, please call 1-800-394-7084 (TTY for the deaf or hard of hearing: 1-877-576-7734) or send an email to FSAPubs@gpo.gov.
